NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the 29th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the Association will be held on the 18th July,2010(Sunday) at SISIR MANCHA Kolkata to transact the following business :-

1. To read, discuss and approve the General Secretar's Report for the year 2009-10

2. To read, discuss and approve the Audited Accounts and Auditor's Report for the period ended on 31.03.2010

3. To appoint the Auditor for the year 2010-11

4. To discuss about our organization and service and future course of action thereof.

5. Settlement of outstanding amounts on account of advertisement & subscription.

6. Miscellaneous.

Members are requested to kindly make it convenient to attend the meeting on 18TH JULY,2010 at 10.30 A.M. sharp positively.
